BOOK-CLOSURE: Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 24th September, 2026 to Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. CUT-OFF DATE: The cut-off date shall be Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 for the purpose of offering E-voting facility to the Members of the Company in the respect of businesses to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company. 3. E-VOTING PERIOD: The Company has provided electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the Members through electronic voting platform of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The remote e- voting period will commence on Sunday, 27th September, 2026 (9.00 a.m. IST) to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 (5.00 p.m. IST).
