We hereby inform that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. (IST) via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’). In terms of the requirements of Regulations 30 and 34(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the following documents which are also being sent to the Members through electronic mode, to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository Participant(s) (‘DPs’): a) Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year (FY) 2025-2026; and b) Notice convening the 15th Annual General Meeting. Further, in accordance with the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company will be sending a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/ Registrar & Transfer Agent/Depositories, providing a web-link and QR Code from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
