46TH ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26
46TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING THROUGH VC/OAVM ON 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2026
Chairman's Message
Dear Esteemed Shareholders,
It gives me immense pleasure to present to
you the Annual Report of Panorama Studios
International Limited (PSIL) for the financial
year ended 31st March 2026. On behalf of the
Board of Directors and the management
team, I extend my sincere gratitude to all our
shareholders, partners, creative
professionals, employees and other
stakeholders for their continued trust,
confidence and support.
The financial year 2025-26 has been a year of
continued transformation and opportunity
for the Indian Media & Entertainment
industry. The sector is witnessing a
fundamental shift in the way content is
created, distributed, consumed and
monetised. At PSIL, we remain focused on
building a diversified and sustainable
entertainment business, driven by strong
content, disciplined execution, strategic
partnerships and an ability to adapt to the
rapidly changing preferences of audiences.
The Indian Media & Entertainment sector
has demonstrated remarkable resilience and
growth. According to the latest FICCI-EY
Media & Entertainment Report, the Indian
M&E industry grew by approximately 9% in
2025 to reach ₹2.78 trillion, supported
primarily by digital media, advertising and

live experiences. Digital media emerged as the
largest segment of the industry, crossing the ₹1 Chairman & Managing Director
trillion revenue milestone for the first time. The film segment also record ed strong performance, reaching
approximately ₹205 billion in revenues, while organised live events witnessed significant growth.
These developments reinforce our belief that the Indian entertainment ecosystem is entering a new phase of
growth—one where compelling stories, technology, multiple platforms and global audiences converge to create
new opportunities for content companies.
The Changing Media & Entertainment Landscape:
The year under review witnessed several important developments that are reshaping the industry.
Digital Transformation and Changing Consumer Behaviour:
Digital platforms have become central to the creation, distribution and monetisation of entertainment content.
Consumers today have access to content across multiple screens and platforms, resulting in a more fragmented
yet significantly larger addressable audience. The continued expansion of smartphones, Connected TVs,
streaming platforms and regional-language content is creating new avenues for storytelling and audience
engagement.
46TH ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26
Theatrical Entertainment and Large-Screen Experiences:
While digital consumption continues to grow, the theatrical experience remains an important component of India's
entertainment ecosystem. The recovery in theatrical revenues during 2025 demonstrates that audiences continue
to value high-quality cinematic experiences, particularly for compelling and event-oriented content. This
reinforces the importance of developing stories that can create meaningful audience engagement across platforms.
Rise of Digital Advertising and Monetisation:
Digital advertising has emerged as a key growth engine for the M&E sector. Digital advertising revenues grew by
approximately 26% in 2025 and accounted for nearly two-thirds of India's total advertising revenues. This shift
reflects the increasing importance of measurable, targeted and technology-enabled advertising models.
Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Content Creation:
Technology is increasingly becoming an integral part of the entertainment value chain. Artificial Intelligence, data
analytics, virtual production, advanced visual effects and other Media Tech solutions are changing the manner in
which content is conceptualised, produced, marketed and distributed.
At PSIL, we recognise that technology should complement creativity rather than rep
