That, the CoC passed a Resolution in its 1st meeting held on 08.06.2024 for appointing Mr Bondalapati Srinivasa Rao as the Resolution Professional (RP), and appointed him as RP with the approval of this Tribunal Order dated 08.01.2025. 6. The IRP issued Form-G on 09.07.2024, inviting Expressions of Interest (EoI) from Prospective Resolution Applicants (PRAs). In response, 40 EoIs were received. After due diligence, IRP issued the final list of 28 PRAs on 24.08.2024 and shared the Information Memorandum, Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP), and Evaluation Matrix with them. The last date for submission of Resolution Plans was initially on 28.09.2024. However, at the request of shortlisted PRAs, the last date was extended up to 13.10.2024. 7. Out of 28 shortlisted PRAs, 15 PRAs submitted their Resolution Plans, which were placed before the CoC in its 6th meeting held on 15.10.2024. 8. That, the CoC consisting of sole member in its 11th meeting held on 21.01.2025, approved the Resolution Plan along with the Scheme of Arrangement submitted by Mr Vivek Kumar Ratakonda with 100% voting share. 9. That the CIRP period of 180 days was expired on 06.11.2024. The Erstwhile RP filed an application, seeking extension of CIRP period by 90 days up to 04.02.2024, which was allowed by this Tribunal vide order dated 06.11.2024. 10.
