Report for the Financial Year 2025-26
Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to our intimation dated August 18, 2026, the Company had submitted Annual Report
along with Notice for the 40th Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2025-26 to the Stock
Exchanges.
Subsequent to the said submission, inadvertent non-material typographical errors were identified in
the Annual Report. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby submit the
revised Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, incorporating rectification of the aforesaid
error.
The aforesaid omissions and disclosure corrections do not impact the financial statements, the
Auditors' Report, the financial position or performance of the Company, the Notice of the 40th
Annual General Meeting, the resolutions proposed therein or the voting rights of the Members.
The revised Report incorporating the above corrections, will also be made available on the website of
the Company at https://www.abansenterprises.com/.
