42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is being sent through electronic mode to the
Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent
(“RTA”)/ Depository Participant(s) (“DP”). Further, pursuant to the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing
Regulations, a letter being sent to the members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the
Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link from where the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report can be
accessed.
The Notice of the 42nd AGM and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 is also available on the
