Ref.: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Dear Sir / Madam, This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated September 3, 2026, regarding the infusion of ~₹87.87 Crore by the Company by way of subscription to equity shares of Kalinga Hospital Ltd. (“KHL”), a subsidiary of the Company, on a rights basis. In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company has today, i.e. September 7, 2026 at 5.13 pm (IST), received a communication from KHL confirming the allotment of 50,21,212 equity shares to the Company on a rights basis. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the Company’s shareholding in KHL has increased from ~58.28% to ~66.15%. KHL continues to remain a subsidiary of the Company.
