Trading Window

Piccadily Agro Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company will intimate the date of consideration of these financial results in due course.
