A copy of the tax clearance certificate and confirmation on the completion of Somit USA’s dissolution were received by the Company on July 13, 2026. Please note that the voluntary liquidation of Somit USA will not affect any business and will not have any impact on the financial reporting or operations etc. Kindly take the same on your records.
