A copy of the said Order, as received by the Company, is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. Further, as already intimated to the Stock Exchanges, pursuant to the Order dated June 13, 2025 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench ("NCLT"), the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") has been initiated against Gensol Engineering Limited ("Corporate Debtor") under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("IBC"). Pursuant to the said Order, the undersigned has been appointed as the Resolution Professional ("RP") to conduct the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. The Company remains committed to complying with the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and shall promptly disclose any further material developments to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
