significant increase in the volume of security of the Company across Exchanges, in the recent

Please be informed that the Company keeps the stock exchanges informed about all information
and events that have a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company which include all
price sensitive information, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing
