The engagement involves Application Programming Interface (API) development, maintenance and support for API implemented on MuleSoft CloudHub Platform hosted by MuleSoft. The scope includes technology upgrades, feature enhancements and modifications to existing APIs, development and support of new API integrations, troubleshooting of API request failures, urgent and emergency fix deployments, post-production support, and related MuleSoft platform support services. The total value of the SOW is USD 154,165 (Rs.1.47 Cr approx.), exclusive of applicable taxes. The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure . The Company is making this disclosure on a voluntary basis as the amount involved is below the materiality threshold limits as per the aforesaid Regulation.
