Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we are enclosing herewith Annual Report of the Company
for financial year ended 31st March, 2026 along with Notice of the 69th AGM of the Company, which
is being sent to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Registrar and
Share Transfer Agent of the Company or Depository Participant(s). Further, in accordance with
Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter is being sent to Members whose e-mail
