Ref: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ‐ Lapse of Convertible Warrants and Forfeiture of Upfront Subscription Amount This is in furtherance of intimation dated 14th January, 2025 given by the Company wherein we had informed you that the Company had allotted 14,60,000 convertible warrants to total 26 (Twenty-Six) allottees on preferential basis for an issue price of Rs. 500/- per warrant (further revised to Rs. 50 pursuant to the stock split, the face value of each equity share of the Company has been revised from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/- per share with effect from 18th July, 2025), out of which Rs. 18,25,00,000/- (25% of the issue price) was received as the initial subscription amount at the time of allotment of the warrants. Out of the aforesaid warrants and in view of non-exercise of the conversion option by the persons listed in Annexure-1 in respect of 60,500 warrants within 18 months from the date of allotment, i.e. on or before 13th July, 2026, the Preferential Allotment Committee through its power entrusted by the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, 14th July, 2026, approved the forfeiture of the initial 25% of the amount received on the said warrants and the Warrants have accordingly lapsed, and stand cancelled pursuant to Regulation 169(3) of Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. We request you to take the above on record and same be treated as compliance under the applicable regulations under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
