R1, R2 & R3, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu – 601 201. The incident unfortunately resulted in the demise of one labour and injuries to certain other labourers, who were immediately shifted to nearby hospitals for medical treatment. The Company is extending all necessary support and assistance to the affected persons and their families. The concerned statutory authorities have been informed and the Company is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation to ascertain the cause of the incident. Operations in the affected section have been temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure. The Company continues to cooperate fully with all concerned authorities and remains committed to providing all necessary support to the affected individuals and their families. Further, the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given in ‘Annexure- A’ to this letter.
