Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 03, 2026. The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sushil Kumar Agrawal and Mr. Karan Agrawal as Managing Director and Whole-time Director respectively. The company has also approved the appointment of Mr. Devansh Agrawal as Vice-President Business Development.
