In furtherance to the above and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Tuesday, October 06, 2026 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders of the Company who shall be issued and allotted 1 (One) share of JSCEL (face value of INR 10 each fully paid up), for every 1 (One) share of the Company (face value of INR 10 each fully paid up) outstanding and as held by such shareholder in the Company on the “Record Date”. The said equity shares to be allotted by JSCEL are proposed to be listed with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
