Press Limited ("the Company") Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended
Review report
To the Board of Directors
INFOMEDIA PRESS LIMITED
l. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results of INFOMEDIA
PRESS LIMITED ("the Company") for the quarter ended 30s1 June, 2026 ("the Statement"), being
submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("the Listing
regulations").
2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the
Company's Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and
measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard 34, "Interim Financial
Reporting" ("Ind AS 34") as prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 as amended,
read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India
and in compliance with Regulations 33 oft he Listing Regulations. Our responsibility is to express a
conclusion on the Statement based on our review.
3. We conducted our review oft he Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements
(SRE) 2410 "Review oflnterim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the
Entity", issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we
plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statements are free
from material misstatement. A review of interim financial information consists of making inquiries,
primarily oft he Company's personnel responsible for financial and accounting matters and applying
analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit
conducted in accordance with Standards on Auditing specified under Section 143(10) of the
Companies Act, 2013 and consequently does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would become
aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, we do not express
an audit opinion.
4. Based on our review conducted as stated in Paragraph3, nothing has come to our attention that causes
us to believe that the accompanying Statement prepared in accordance with the recognition and
measurement principles laid down in the aforesaid Indian Accounting Standard ("Ind AS") specified
under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 as amended, read with relevant rules issued
thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India, has not disclosed the
information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, including the manner in which it is to be

Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern
5. We draw attention to the note b to the result which indicates that the Company had discontinued its
operations in the earlier years and has incurred a net loss of Rs. 92.78 Lakh during the quarter ended
30th June, 2026, as of that date the Company's accumulated losses amount to Rs.11,380.06 Lakh
resulting in negative net worth of the Company. The management of the Company is evaluating
various options, including starting a new line of business. These conditions, along with other matter
as set forth in the aforesaid note, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast
significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Networkl8 Media &
Investments Limited, the Holding Company, has given a support letter, for the foreseeable future, to
extend any financial support which may be required by the Company. In lieu of the support letter
from the Holding Company, the management has assessed that the Company continues to be going
concern. Our conclusion is not modified in respect of the said matter.
