The Company is extending and shall continue to extend full co-operation to the concerned authorities and provide the requisite information and document/s as may be required in connection with the proceedings. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any updates, outcome in this matter and impact, if any, arising from the aforesaid proceedings will be duly informed to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as and when the same becomes available.
