Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we hereby inform to the Stock Exchanges that, the Officers of the GST Department, Maharashtra State, have initiated a Search and Seizure proceedings today i.e., 23rd September, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Clean Fino Chem Ltd., located at Office No. 603 & 604, 6th Floor, Tower No. 15, Cybercity, Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, 411 013 and manufacturing units of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary located at Kurkumbh, Daund. The Company is extending and shall continue to extend full co-operation to the concerned authorities and provide the requisite information and document/s as may be required in connection with the proceedings. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any updates, outcome in this matter and impact, if any, arising from the aforesaid proceedings will be duly informed to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as and when the same becomes available. This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 (Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI LODR Regulations. The relevant details as required are provided in “Annexure A”, enclosed herewith.
