Intimation of closure of Trading Window

Titan Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from June 23, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The window will reopen 48 hours after the Board Meeting, which will be held to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
