Further, as on date, our Company does not have any undisclosed potentially price sensitive information/event /announcement, that is required to be disclosed to the stock exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, which in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price/volume of our Company's security. Therefore, we believe that the recent movement in volume of our equity shares is purely due to market driven conditions.
