String Metaverse Limited (Formerly Known as Bio Green Papers Limited) (“The Company”): Scrip Code: META|534535 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Bonus Issue Committee of Board of Directors of String Metaverse Limited ("the Company"), at its meeting held on this Monday 22nd June, 2026, has, inter alia, considered and approved the Following: “Allotment of 5,55,86,661 (Five Crore Fifty-Five Lakh Eighty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One) fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) each with Distinctive Nos. From 1164323111 To 1219909771 to the eligible Public Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 2 (Two) Bonus Equity Shares for every 9 (Nine) existing Equity Shares held by them as on the Record Date, i.e., June 19, 2026. The Bonus Equity Shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company and shall carry the same rights and entitlements, including dividend and voting rights, from the date of allotment. The Bonus Issue has been undertaken in accordance with the framework prescribed under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/P/CIR/2023/18 dated February 03, 2023, with the objective of achieving compliance with the Minimum Public Shareholding ("MPS") requirements prescribed under Rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, Regulation 38 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI regulatory framework governing listed entities. In terms of the approval granted by the shareholders of the Company and the aforesaid SEBI Circular, the Promoter and Promoter Group shareholders had irrevocably forgone their entitlement to the Bonus Issue. Accordingly, No Bonus Equity Shares have been allotted to the Promoter and Promoter Group category and the Bonus Equity Shares have been allotted exclusively to the eligible Public Shareholders of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has achieved compliance with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirement of 25% prescribed under Rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, Regulation 38 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the applicable SEBI circulars issued from time to time. Upon completion of the Bonus Issue and allotment of Bonus Equity Shares to the eligible Public Shareholders, the Company has successfully achieved and restored the prescribed level of public shareholding and is now fully compliant with the Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements stipulated under the applicable provisions of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the applicable SEBI regulatory framework governing listed entities.
