This is to inform you that the shareholders of the Company at their 58th Annual General Meeting (‘‘AGM’’) held today, 23rd September 2026, have approved the appointment of M/s. Brahmayya & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000515S) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 58th AGM till the conclusion of the 63rd AGM. K.S. Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 003109S), have ceased to hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the Company upon the conclusion of the 58th AGM, consequent to the completion of their two terms of five consecutive years each. The Company has received the consent, certificate of eligibility for appointment and confirmation of non-disqualification from M/s. Brahmayya & Co. in accordance with Sections 139, 141 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules issued thereunder. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with the applicable SEBI circulars, the requisite information is given as Annexure I. Brahmayya & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000515S), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 58th AGM till the conclusion of the 63rd AGM. The shareholders of the Company at their 58th AGM held today have approved the appointment of M/s.
