We progressed development at our township project, Ashok Estate, Sector 63 A, Gurugram, to unlock the potential of our prime land bank, and began rebuilding land inventory for the next decade. Construction of the Estate Residences (Group Housing 1) is at an advanced stage and progressing as per schedule.
