Parikh & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries – Annexure B All the Resolutions recommended for approval of the Members as mentioned in the Notice of AGM dated August 13, 2026 have been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority. Mr. Richard Francis Theknath (DIN: 01337478), who retired by rotation at the AGM and being eligible, offered himself for re-appointment, has been re-appointed as Director of the Company.
