The call amount remains ₹7.50 per partly paid equity share. The revised last date for payment is Friday, 09 October 2026. The Board considered requests from shareholders for additional time. All other terms of the call remain unchanged, subject to the detailed extended call notice to be issued to eligible holders. The extended First and Final Call Notice, including payment instructions, will be sent to eligible holders and made available on the Company’s website in accordance with applicable requirements.
