In continuation of the Company's disclosure dated 05th February, 2025, whereby the Company had
informed the Stock Exchanges regarding the Order-in-Original No. 86/NP-27/DGGI/TH-CGST/2024-25
dated 04th February, 2025, passed by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit,
we wish to inform you that the Company has received a communication from the Office of the
Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise (Appeals), Thane, Mumbai, intimating that the GST Department
has preferred an appeal against the aforesaid Order-in-Original.
The Company is taking appropriate legal steps in the matter and shall continue to keep the Stock Exchanges
informed of any further material developments, as and when required, in accordance with the applicable
provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
