Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Company's Code of Conduct framed under the said provisions, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders from October 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours, after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2026. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors, Connected / Designated Persons and Employees) under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
