AFCON's raised a dispute in the matter of and 1 or any development in relation to work package T-74R-A, amounting to such proceedings; { 359.72 Cr. on 22.02.2023, and the same is already reported vide letter no. IRCON ISECY/STEXl124 dt. 14.08.2023. 2. Majority Tribunal declared an award of { 147,14,48,5221- on 29.06. 2026, against the claim value of {359.72 Cr. 3. Today, i.e. on 23/09/2026, Minority Tribunal declared dissent opinion by awarding { 23,64,20,885/- against the claim value of {359.72 Cr. 4. The arbitration process in now completed. 5. However, IRCON will be challenging the award before the High Court of Delhi in accordance with the law. In the case of litigation against key NA management personnel or its promoter or ultimate person in control, regularly provide details of any change in the status and 1 or any development in relation to such proceedings; In the event of settlement of the NA proceedings, details of such settlement including - terms of the settlement, compensationlpenalty paid (if any) and impact of such settlement on the financial position of the listed entity.
