Update on development of pending litigation under Regulation 30 read with Clause 8 of
Para e of Part A of Schedule III of the SEel Listing Regulations read with SEel Master
Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD21113762/2026 dated 30th January. 2026
Particulars Details
The details of any change in the status 1. AFCON's raised a dispute in the matter of
and 1 or any development in relation to work package T-74R-A, amounting to
such proceedings; { 359.72 Cr. on 22.02.2023, and the same
is already reported vide letter no. IRCON
ISECY/STEXl124 dt. 14.08.2023.
2. Majority Tribunal declared an award of
{ 147,14,48,5221- on 29.06. 2026, against
the claim value of {359.72 Cr.
3. Today, i.e. on 23/09/2026, Minority Tribunal
declared dissent opinion by awarding
{ 23,64,20,885/- against the claim value of
{359.72 Cr.
4. The arbitration process in now completed.
5. However, IRCON will be challenging the
award before the High Court of Delhi in
accordance with the law.
