This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's “Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading”
(“PIT Policy”) framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended
from time to time, theTrading Window fordealing in shares of the Company by its Directors, Promoters,
Promoter Group, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives and
connected Persons shall remainclosedfrom Thursday, 01st October 2026 till 48 hours after the
declaration of Financial Results for theSecond Quarter and Half Year ending as on 30th September 2026.
Promoter, Promoter Group, Directors, Designated Persons, or their Immediate Relatives, connected persons shall
not trade in the Company's Securities fromThursday, 01st October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of
Financial Results for theSecond Quarter and Half Year ending as on 30th September 2026.
Further, as per SEBI Circulars SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/12 dated 19th July 2023 and
SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21st April 2025, in order to rationalize the compliance
requirement under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of PIT Regulations, to improve ease of doing
business and to prevent inadvertent non-compliance of provisions of PIT Regulations by DPs, SEBI has laid
down a framework for developing a system to restrict the trading by Designated Persons (“DPs”) by way of
freezing the PAN at security level during the Trading Window closure period.
Accordingly,PAN of all the Promoter, Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated
Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall remain frozen during the Trading Window closure period.
