REF: SCRIP CODE- 517494 With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, framed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from 24th September, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026. The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results.
