This is with reference to our earlier disclosure dated June 29, 2026, regarding the approval of the Board of Directors for further investment by Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Inc (“IKS Inc”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in IKS WWMG MSO LLC (“WWMG MSO”). Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that IKS Inc. has completed the first tranche of investment of USD 2,840,000 by subscribing to 2,840,000 Common Units of the WWMG MSO. Upon completion of this first tranche of investment, IKS Inc’s holding in WWMG MSO has increased from 48.02% to 51.88% of the outstanding equity interests.
