The Rights Equity Shares have been allotted in the ratio of 3 (Three) Rights Equity Shares for every 19 (Nineteen) fully paid-up Equity Shares held as on the Record Date i.e., Friday, August 28, 2026. The said allotment is made pursuant to the terms set out in the Letter of Offer dated August 25, 2026, and the ‘Basis of Allotment’ as finalized in consultation with the Alankit Assignments Limited (“Registrar to the Issue”) and as approved by BSE Limited (“the Designated Stock Exchange for the Issue”).
