This order is for the construction of Civil Works and Civil Finishes for Tower T5, comprising basements, podiums, clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses and terrace level at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. In this regard, please find enclosed the press release being issued by the Company for your reference. Furthermore, we confirm that neither the Promoters, the Promoter Group, nor any Group Companies hold any interest in the entity/entities awarding the contract. Accordingly, this order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited shall remain closed up to 48 hours of this dissemination of this disclosure.
