Further, he will be relieved from the duties w.e.f. close of business hours on October 2, 2026. Mr. Gennone has resigned to pursue a Chief Executive Officer opportunity at another organisation. Cogentiq team will report to Mr. Srikanth Velamakanni on interim basis and commercial responsibilities will federate to the respective Business Units. The Company does not anticipate any disruption to its business operations or financial performance as a result of this transition.
