Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s
Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for
dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Promoters,
Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and for the Connected
Persons of the Company with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the
expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the
half year ended 30th September, 2026.
The date of proposed Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
