He played a pivotal role in building and scaling several of our businesses, helping shape the operational excellence and client-first culture that continue to define eClerx. Since leaving the firm in February 2023, Hoshi served as Chief Operating Officer at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions where he led Revenue Cycle Management operations for a portfolio spanning several healthcare providers and insurance payers across the United States. In this role, he drove operational excellence by streamlining processes, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing client outcomes at scale. He also championed technology- enabled transformation initiatives, spearheading workflow automation, digitalization, and software innovation programs that improved efficiency, accelerated performance, and delivered measurable business impact.
