The award is strategically significant for the Company as it strengthens its presence in the renewable energy segment and demonstrates its capability to manufacture and supply higher-voltage transformers, including 400 kV class transformers, in line with the planned expansion into higher voltage products. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
