Corrigendum to the outcome of the Board Meeting dated on 17-09-2026.

With reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting submitted by String Metaverse Limited (“Company”) on 17th September 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, concerning, inter alia, the proposed issue of equity shares on a preferential basis, we wish to inform you that, due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of one of the proposed investors appearing at Serial No. 14 of the list (Table-A) enclosed with the said disclosure was incorrectly mentioned. The corrected and updated list of proposed investors is enclosed herewith (Annexure-1). The Board Meeting Outcome dated 17 September 2026 shall be read in conjunction with this corrigendum. Except for the correction stated above, all other information and disclosures contained in the original Board Meeting Outcome dated 17th September 2026 remain unchanged.
