Allotment of equity shares towards exercise of ESOPs

Infosys Ltd has announced the allotment of 3,22,925 equity shares of face value ₹5 each to eligible employees. These shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. Consequently, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹20,28,78,94,150, divided into 4,05,75,78,830 equity shares.
