Indian Standard Time (“IST”), through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”) facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules framed thereunder and the Listing Regulations read with various applicable circulars issued in this regard by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Accordingly, the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 including therein the Notice convening the 25th Annual General Meeting are being sent only by email to all the Members of the Company whose email address is registered with their respective Depository Participant/s. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), a letter providing a web-link for accessing the Annual Report will be sent to those Members who have not registered their e-mail IDs. The Company has fixed Thursday, 30th July, 2026 as the "Cut-off date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice.
