Pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,
2015, as amended and the clarification issued by BSE Ltd. dated April 2, 2019 the Trading
Window for trading in the shares of the Company stands closed for Designated person and
their immediate relatives, with effect from Thursday, 01st October, 2026 and it shall remain
closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company
for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2026.
The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the
Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2026 will be intimated in
