The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 101st AGM until the conclusion of the 106th AGM of the Company. Consequently, M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 101720W/W100355), who were appointed to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous Auditor, have ceased to hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the Company upon the conclusion of the 101st AGM.
