In continuation to our letter dated 15.05.2026 informing that the Board of Directors of
Hindustan Copper Ltd in its meeting held on 15.05.2026 had recommended payment of
dividend for Financial Year 2025-26 @ Rs.1.86 per share of the face value of Rs.5/- each for
approval of Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
It is informed that Shareholders of the Company at the 59th AGM held on Wednesday, 23rd
September, 2026 at 10:30 AM, Indian Standard Time, through Video Conferencing /Other
Audio-Visual Means have approved payment of dividend as recommended by the Board of
Directors. The date of payment of dividend equivalent to 37.20% on paid-up capital of the
Company (i.e. Rs.1.86 per share) is 16.10.2026.
