The Board took note of the said non-compliance and the subsequent action taken by exchanges. The Board was apprised of the corrective measures already undertaken by the Management, including instructions to the Compliance Department to ensure timely availability of requisite information and adherence to the prescribed regulatory timelines. The Board further directed the Management to closely monitor the compliance process and ensure timely and complete compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements to avoid recurrence of such instances.
