Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Kolkata-700 001 Mumbai – 400 001 Ref: Scrip Code BSE – 535730, CSE-10021144 Sub: Announcement u/r 30 (Further updates on Brewery Project) Respected Sir or Madam, In the captioned subject matter, we would like to further update to the stakeholders’ of the Company as under –  The completion order has been received by the company with respect to the plot SA 22 & 23 from THE GIDC;  NOC has been obtained approval from the Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers;  NOC has been obtained from the Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services;  Occupancy Certificate with respect to Plot SA 22 & 23 is under process and is expected to be received by next 15 days;  Installation & Commissioning of 315 KVA transformer has been successfully completed which shall cater to the energy requirements of the entire factory;  The company shall obtain the NOC from The Pollution Control Board to operate the ETP plant within the 25th of this month. Please note we already have the consent to establish the ETP;  Thereafter all the above permissions need to be submitted to EXCISE DEPT so that we get the permission to operate the plant on a commercial basis. Please note that we already have obtained the License to establish a brewery plant. The above is for all the relevant stakeholders to take note of.
