In this connection, it may be noted that the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 22.09.2026, and the proceedings of the AGM were duly uploaded on the same day, i.e., 22.09.2026, on both the Stock Exchanges, i.e., NSE and BSE. Further, other than mentioned above, Company has not made any other announcement.
