The Company has noted that certain disclosures forming part of the final approved and signed Annual Report for F.Y. 2025-26 were inadvertently omitted from the PDF version of the Annual Report submitted to the Stock Exchange and uploaded on the website of the Company. Accordingly, the following amendments may be noted and read in conjunction with the Annual Report for Financial Year 2025-26: Accordingly, the Company has carried out the necessary corrections and revisions in the Annual Report. The corrections, inter alia, relate to the following: 1. Page numbering and Index: All the pages of the Annual Report have been renumbered due to formatting changes. The same have now been appropriately rectified in the revised Annual Report. 2. Board’s Report: Due to an inadvertent typographical omission on Page No. 57 under the heading “Auditors’ Report” within the Directors’ Report, the statement concerning the Statutory Auditors’ remarks was inadvertently excluded. Further Disclosure regarding Maternity Benefit and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace were omitted erroneously, the same has now been incorporated in the revised Annual Report on page number page number 64. 3. Statutory Auditor’s Report –The UDIN relating to the Statutory Auditor’s Report was inadvertently not incorporated in the Annual Report. The same has now been incorporated in the revised Annual Report on page number 102. 4. Financial Statements – Note No. 3: forming part of the Financial Statements was inadvertently omitted from the Annual Report. The said note has now been incorporated in the revised Annual Report on page number 112. 5. Signature/Authentication: The signature/authentication portion appearing after the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement was inadvertently omitted and has now been duly incorporated in the revised Annual Report on page number 106 and 108 respectively. 6. Other disclosures: Certain other disclosures which were inadvertently not incorporated in the earlier version have also been included in the revised Annual Report page number 134 & 135.
